Fractional portions of the answer shall not apply towards the total density, except that units less than 500 square feet gross habitable floor area shall count as .75 units in the NM-MF and NM-C zones. Accessory residential units and duplexes are not subject to the density requirements of the zone in the NM-R-1-7.5 and NM-R-1-5 zones, see sections 18.2.3.040 and 18.2.3.110.
