The City reserves the right to inspect the customer’s premises if there is reason to believe that an unsafe condition exists. The City may refuse water service and disconnect the service connection from the water supply line if the plumbing, appliances or equipment using the water are dangerous, unsafe or not in compliance with all City, State or Federal laws or standards.
