A. “Minor” means a person under the age of twenty-one (21) years, except as otherwise provided.

B. “Person” means a natural person, firm, partnership, association, or corporation whether acting as an individual or as the clerk, servant, employee, or agent of another.

C. “Public place” means a building, way, place, or accommodation, whether publicly or privately owned, open, and available to the general public. (Ord. 1158 § 1, amended, 1968)
