The Planning Commission shall hold a hearing on any proposed revocation after giving written notice to the permittee and owners within 200 feet of subject property as provided in section 18.5.1.060. B. The Commission shall render its decision within 30 days after the conclusion of the hearing. C. In case the permittee is not satisfied with the decision, he/she may within 15 days appeal in writing to the City Council. D. The Council shall set a date for public hearing and shall give notice thereof in the manner provided in section 18.5.1.060. A report shall be submitted to the Council setting forth the reasons for the action taken by the Commission. Notice of the appeal to Council shall also be given to the Commission. E. The Council shall render its decision within 60 days after the filing of such appeal.
