Failure to comply with the Disclosure, Removal, Disposal and Certificate requirements of AMC 9.24.055 is punishable as a Class I violation. In addition, the cost of Court or Administrative proceedings to enforce the removal requirement shall be imposed. Any person violating or causing any other the violation of any of the provisions of this Chapter shall be punishable as a Class II violation prescribed in Section 1.08.020 of the Ashland Municipal Code.
