It is unlawful for any owner, lessee, or occupant to keep any junk on any lot or premises within the City, or in a building that is not wholly or entirely enclosed except doors used for ingress and egress. It is unlawful for any person, their agent or employee, to keep any junk on any street or other public property. Keeping junk - exposed to view unlawful is a Class II violation.
