9.08.990 Violations of Provisions of Chapter 9.08: Schedule
This section is included in your selections.

A. Any person who violates any provision of this Chapter is subject to Section 1.08.020 of the Ashland Municipal Code.

B. Schedule of Violations:

1. Violations of any of the following sections constitute a Class I violation:

a. 9.04.030 Weeds and Noxious Vegetation

b. 9.08.020 Dangerous animals

c. 9.08.060 Nuisances Affecting the Public Health

d. 9.08.070 Abandoned Refrigerators

e. 9.08.170 Unnecessary Noise

f. 9.08.280 Feeding of Deer, Raccoon, Wild Turkeys and Potentially Habituated Wildlife

Prohibited

2. Violations of any of the following sections constitute a Class II violation:

a. 9.08.080 Attractive Nuisances

b. 9.08.110 Scattering Rubbish

c. 9.08.150 Surface Waters - Drainage

d. 9.08.160 Radio and Television - Interference

e. 9.08.190 Declaration of Nuisance - General Nuisance

3. Violations of any of the following sections constitute a Class III violation:

a. 9.08.040 Keeping of Animals

b. 9.08.120 Tree-Hedges

c. 9.08.130 Parking strips

d. 9.08.180 Notices-Advertisement

e. 9.08.270 Prohibiting Sale of Coal

4. Violations of any of the following sections constitute a Class IV violation:

a. 9.08.030 Animals at Large

b. 9.08.050 Removal of Carcasses

c. 9.08.090 Snow and Ice Removal (Ord. 3137, amended, 2017)
