A. No person, firm or corporation shall sell, trade, deliver or give away coal within the City of Ashland. This shall apply to coal that is intended or suitable for use in stoves for heating and does not include charcoal.

B. Any violation of this section is punishable as provided under 9.08.990. (Ord. 3137, amended, 2017; Ord. 3025, amended, 08/03/2010)
