A. The acts, conditions, or objects specifically enumerated and defined in Section 9.08.020 through Section 9.08.180 and in Section 13.16.065 are declared public nuisances and such acts, conditions, or objects may be abated by any of the procedures set forth in AMC 2.31 and this Chapter. Abatement procedures in AMC 9.08 are nonexclusive remedies for identified nuisances and general nuisances.

B. In addition to the nuisances specifically enumerated within this chapter, every other thing, substance, or act which is determined by the Council to be injurious or detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare of the City is declared a nuisance and may be abated as provided in this chapter.
