A. No person shall permit an animal carcass under their ownership or control to remain upon public property, or to be exposed on private property, for a period of time longer than is reasonably necessary to remove or dispose of the carcass.

B. Any violation of this section is punishable as provided under 9.08.990. (Ord. 3025, amended, 08/03/2010)
