The operator of any medical marijuana dispensary in the City must possess a valid annual medical marijuana dispensary permit issued under this chapter and must comply with the requirements of any other state or local law or regulation. The permit terms shall be for a fiscal year, beginning July 1 and ending June 30 of the next year. (Ord. 3099, amended, 2014)
