Any conduct that is prohibited by 6.36.060 is a violation of this Chapter and constitutes grounds for the City Council to revoke the licensee’s permit for up to one (1) subsequent year. (Ord. 3106, amended, 2015; Ord. 2319 § 1, amended, 1984)
