A. Violation of AMC 6.36 shall be considered a Class I violation, subject to the limitations of AMC 1.08.

B. Any violation of the requirements of this chapter, not addressed in A above, including violation of permit conditions, shall be a Class III violation as defined by AMC 1.08 and punishable as set forth in that section.
