Each permit application must be accompanied by a fee, as established by Resolution of the City Council. This permit fee will be in addition to the regular Business License required in Chapter 6.04 of this Code and fees pertaining to the use of public property. In addition, the applicant must pay the actual costs for all City employees the City determines are needed to monitor safety and code compliance for the benefit of film participants and the general public.
