An appeal of the City Recorder’s recommendation pursuant to AMC 6.32.050 shall be processed in accordance with AMC Chapter 2.30, except that the appeal shall be filed and processed in the office of the City Manager. The appeal must be filed within ten (10) calendar days of the date of the letter or personal notice from the City Recorder stating that an unfavorable recommendation will be made to the City Council.
