A. Any violation of the provisions of this Chapter shall be a Class II violation, punishable as prescribed in Section 1.08.020.

B. Notwithstanding the above, violation of the prohibition on taking pledges from minors in AMC 6.16.095 shall be a Class I violation (Ord. 3024, added, 08/03/2010)
