It shall be the duty of every pawnbroker, as herein defined, to allow any person accepting a loan for less than twenty dollars ($20.00) a period of sixty (60) days in which to repay the same before the same becomes forfeitable, and all sums over twenty dollars ($20.00), a period of three (3) months before the same becomes forfeitable.
