Any person aggrieved by any determination of the Director of Finance with respect to the amount of such tax, interest, and penalties, if any, may appeal pursuant to AMC 2.30. The Findings of the Hearings Officer shall be final and conclusive, and shall be served upon the appellant, in the manner prescribed for the service of notice of hearing.
