For the purposes of this Chapter, every person who sells marijuana, or marijuana-infused products under a license granted by the Oregon Liquor Control Commission for such purpose in the City of Ashland is exercising a taxable privilege. The purpose of this Chapter is to impose a tax upon the retail sale of marijuana, and marijuana-infused products. (Ord. 3121, amended, 2016; Ord. 3103, amended, 2014)
