A. Use of a prohibited alarm system (AMC 4.32.030, 4.32.040 and 4.32.210) is a Class I violation.

B. Failure to comply with the provisions of this Chapter, not addressed in (A) above, including use of an alarm system without a permit, shall be considered a Class III violation subject to the penalties provided in Chapter 1.08.010 of this code. (Ord. 3023, amended, 08/03/2010)
