A. Except for fire alarms protecting property of the City of Ashland, fire alarm annunciators shall not be located on City premises and the City shall not monitor such alarms.

B. No person shall install, activate, maintain, or use a fire or smoke alarm which incorporates or activates an automatic dialer programmed to select a telephone line which rings or terminates on the premises of the City of Ashland. Violation of this subsection shall be an infraction.
