Within ten (10) days following any change of circumstances which renders obsolete any of the information submitted pursuant to Section 4.32.100, the permittee shall file an amended application setting forth the currently accurate information. No additional fee shall be required unless the change has terminated the permit as provided in Section 4.32.130.
