The application required in Section 4.14.020 shall be accompanied by a boundary description and map prepared in accordance with ORS 308.225. Said boundary description and map shall be prepared by a registered land surveyor. The boundaries shall be surveyed and monumented as required by ORS subsequent to Council approval of the proposed annexation. (Ord. 2004, amended, 1979)
