The City Manager shall terminate the state of emergency by proclamation when the emergency no longer exists, or when the threat of an emergency has passed. The state of emergency proclaimed by the City Manager may be terminated at any time by the City Council. (Ord. 3192 § 44, amended, 11/17/2020)
