2.56.025 Powers and Duties Generally

The powers, duties and responsibilities of the Ashland Band Board shall be as follows:
A. General supervision and control over the Ashland City Band.
B. When requested, report at least annually to the mayor and City Council regarding the activities of the band.
C. On or prior to December 15 of each year, report to City Manager as to the activities and welfare of the band.
