2.28.240 City Attorney – Duties – Responsibilities to Council

The City Attorney shall draw such ordinances, resolutions, contracts, or other instruments as shall be requested by the Council or the City Manager, and shall attend the meetings of the Council when requested to do so by the Mayor, the Council or the City Manager.
