Except as specifically excluded or modified by this chapter, the City of Ashland adopts the 2022 Oregon Fire Code and Appendices A through N and Q through T which will be referred to in the Ashland Municipal Code as the Oregon Fire Code (“OFC”). One (1) copy of the Oregon Fire Code and appendices shall be filed in the office of the City Recorder.
