Any legal action intended to contest the formation of the Reimbursement District or fee must be filed, within sixty (60) days of the Council’s hearing on the application consistent with the terms of ORS 34.010 to 34.100 (Writ of Review). (Ord. 3042, added, 12/21/2010)
