The City Recorder shall cause notice of the formation and nature of the Reimbursement District to be filed in the office of the Jackson County Recorder in order to provide notice to potential purchasers of property within the District of its existence. Failure to make such recording shall affect neither the legality of the resolution nor the obligation to pay any fee. (Ord. 3042, added, 12/21/2010)
