Except as otherwise noted, any person violating this title is guilty of an infraction and shall be subject to the penalties set forth in Section 1.08.020 (Ord. 2382 § 11, amended, 1986; Ord. 1810, amended, 1974; Ord. 1558 § 51, amended, 1968)
