10.68.270 Fires
This section is included in your selections.
A. No person shall build any fire at any place within the limits of any park except by an employee of the park commission or in an area designated by the park commission for picnic fires. Fires outside designated areas is a Class II violation. When Fire Restrictions are in place violation is a Class I violation.
B. Any person who violates any provision of this Chapter is subject to Section 1.08.020 of the Ashland Municipal Code.
1. Any violation of this section occurring outside designated areas is a Class II violation.
2. Any violation of this section occurring when Fire Restrictions are in place is a Class I violation. (Ord. 3137, amended, 2017; Ord. 3026, amended, 08/03/2010)
